Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 3:00pm. If you need to arrange a different arrival time, please contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Check-out is by 11:00am. Please ensure all keys are returned and the property is left in a tidy condition.
We do our best to accommodate requests where possible, subject to availability. Please get in touch at least 48 hours before your stay and we'll let you know what we can arrange.
Full access instructions, including the key code or key collection details, are provided with your booking confirmation email once payment is complete.
Bookings & Payments
Bookings are made directly through our website. Select your property, choose your dates, and complete the checkout process. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
We accept all major debit and credit cards via our secure Stripe checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking.
Full payment is taken at the time of booking. A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is included within this total.
Cancellations made 4 or more weeks before check-in receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made 2–4 weeks before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 2 weeks of check-in are non-refundable. Full details are on our cancellation policy page.
Yes — you can request a change to your dates or guest numbers through your booking page. Amendments are subject to availability and any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Cancellations within 2 weeks of check-in are non-refundable. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances.
The Properties
Each property has a different capacity — please check the individual property page for the maximum number of guests. Bookings must not exceed the stated capacity.
Yes. All properties are fully self-catering and come equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully fitted kitchen.
Yes, all properties have private parking on site for guests.
Yes, complimentary high-speed WiFi is included in all properties. The network name and password are provided in your welcome information.
Yes. We offer complimentary baby and toddler equipment including a travel cot and high chair — just select these during the booking process.
Yes. During the booking process you can add optional extras such as welcome hampers and other treats. These are available to select before checkout.
All properties are strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only — please use the ashtrays provided and do not smoke near open doors or windows.
Pets
We do not accept pets at any of our properties.
Location & Activities
Royalton Farm Cottages is located at Royalton Farm, Castle-An-Dinas, St Columb, Cornwall, TR9 6JB — in the heart of Cornwall, within easy reach of both the north and south coasts.
St Columb Major is the nearest town, a short drive away. Newquay, Padstow, and Wadebridge are all within easy reach for dining, shopping, and activities.
Cornwall has something for everyone — surfing and swimming at Watergate Bay and Fistral Beach, cycling on the Camel Trail, coastal walks along the SWCP, and excellent local restaurants and pubs. We're happy to provide recommendations.
No. Our properties are for quiet enjoyment only and are not available for parties, events, or loud gatherings out of respect for our neighbours and the rural setting.
